    Shipping and Payment

     

    1. Choice of transport
    Do you want to have your order sent home or, for example, to work or do you prefer to pick up your order in person?

    There is a wide network of delivery points for the Mail Order and places where JeduEdu operates or the option to have the ordered goods sent to your chosen address.

    Personal collection in the Showroom in Prague:

    at address: Rožmberská 194, Praha 9 Kyje

    Personal collection is free. Payment possible by bank transfer or online payment card.

     

    Personal collection in Zásilkovna.cz or Packeta.com

    You can also pick up your order at hundreds of Zásilkovna establishments throughout the Czech Republic. You can find information about individual branches here.

    Delivery to address

    The shipment will be delivered to the address of your choice. You can make the payment in advance (by bank transfer or online payment card) or by cash or cash on delivery.

     

    Fofr transport service:

    The price of transport is calculated according to the price list of the carrier and the weight of the shipment.

    DPD transport service:

    The price of transport is calculated according to the price list of the carrier and the weight of the shipment.

     

    2. Forms of payment

    You can pay for your order in the following ways:

    Cash on delivery:

    • Fee according to the weight of the shipment
    • You will pay the price of the order in cash or by card either to the delivery person at the address of your choice or at the branch of the Packeta.com

    Payment card online:

     

    Online payments are provided for us by the  ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

    The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, enter the card number, validity date and CVC code - three numbers, which you will find in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you will receive by SMS from your bank.

     

    Payment by bank transfer

    Immediate payment via internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your internet banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the already prepared payment order.

     

    After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the store. Payment is confirmed immediately, we will continue to execute the order without delay.
